Instructions for Presenters
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Thank you for presenting at NACE/MAS 2026!
To ensure smooth and efficient sessions, the Program Committee requests that presenters review and adhere to the following guidelines for oral presentations.
- All presentations must be made in English, unless previously agreed upon with the Conference Organizers. If the oral presentation is in a language other than English, then text on images must be in English.
- Oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes: 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions, unless otherwise specified in the program and agreed by the Program Committee or Session Chair(s).
- All oral presentations must use PowerPoint (.pptx format), no slides or transparencies are permitted.
- Presentations must be deposited at the Presentation Desk (co-located with the Registration Desk) upon your registration.
- Presentations may be submitted on a memory stick.
- Presenters are responsible for retrieving (or leaving) their memory stick.
- Laptop computers, projectors, screen and pointers will be provided by meeting organizers.
- Presenters will control the advance of their images.
- Presenters are encouraged to visit and view the room where their presentation is scheduled beforehand.
- Presenters are expected to appear and be prepared for their presentation at the scheduled time.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
A 48″ wide x 36″ high space will be provided. When you arrive to register for the meeting, you should bring your poster with you and hand it in at the Presentation Desk (this will be colocated with the Registration Desk in the hotel lobby).
We will hang your poster for you, so that it is ready for the poster session on Thursday, January 8th from 5:00-6:00 PM. Please plan to be in attendance by your poster during this poster session & happy hour from 5:00-6:00 PM.
You may collect your poster on Friday January 9th, from the Presentation Desk.
